Q. Do you ship to other countries than US?
A. Yes, contact us for shipping quote.

Q. Can I get a tracking number for my order?
A. If registered on our site, log in, in your order history you will find the tracking number. If you purchased the item as a guest, please give us a call or contact us with name you used at check out. We will reply with your tracking information.

Q. How Long is your warranty period?
A. Most parts come with 60 days warranty, refer to Warranty And Returns page for detailed information. (Extended Warranty is also available)

Q. What happens if item that I ordered does not match my vehicle or does not match description?
A. Contact us with your order number we will do our best to resolve the issue.  

Q. What is the source of the parts you sell?
A. Extreme Auto Parts purchases vehicle from Insurance companies, most of the vehicle we acquire within California without any rust or corrosion.

Q. Do you perform a quality check on your parts?
A. When a vehicle arrives at our facility, we perform a thorough inspection of the vehicle, at that time it is determined which parts qualify to be pulled and inventoried. The parts that do not pass the inspection are recycled in a green and efficient way.

A. Extreme Auto Parts is a clean, modern, professional used auto parts store. We take pride in selling only top quality used auto parts that pass our stringent inspection process.

Q. What are Insurance Quality Parts?
A. Insurance Quality Parts are OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) used parts that meet the quality standard of Insurance Companies. Insurance companies when repairing a vehicle do not always use new parts, most insurance body shops are advised to purchase Insurance Quality Parts from local wrecking yards.
